The Indian team for the Champions Trophy 2025 India Squad has been announced by captain Rohit Sharma and chief selector Ajit Agarkar in a press conference.

Young batsman Yashasvi Jaiswal has got a place in the ODI team for the first time. Shubman Gill has been made the vice-captain of the team for the tournament. Fast bowler Mohammed Shami, who was out of the team for a long time, has returned to the 15-member team led by Rohit Sharma. Kuldeep Yadav has also been successful in making a comeback. The ICC Champions Trophy 2025 is going to start from February 19. A total of 8 teams are participating in this tournament, in which all 7 teams except host Pakistan have announced the Pakistan Champions Trophy Squad 2025. The chief selector has said that Jasprit Bumrah’s availability will depend on his fitness.
